DELHI LETZ STEP HIMALAYA Shimla is a capital town of state Himachal Pradesh which being a summer capital for British period as well and this days Shimla is one of the most touristic hill station in North India State of Himachal Pradesh. It will be a long journey on route so we leave early as possible to skip delhi city traffic. We will be in private cab for today which is much better then bikes to reach shimla and whole journey will be very interesting to know and learn about traffic system out here before jump on bikes. Reach shimla by evening and let walk together for famous mall road by foot because traffic is band in market palaces.
JUMP ON
As soon as breakfast we will jump on bikes check with the required adjustment in motorcycle and with small briefing we kick start our adventurous journey with excitement cheers. A scenic ride soon after left the city of shimla via some pretty villages like Fagu, Theog, and Narkanda , apple orchards were seen common from road. Here we stop at Rampur for healthy lunch while shareing half day ride and yet 40 KMS venture left through NH5 and the river your watching on left side is Satluj river which is the source of Lake Rakshastal in Tibet. Easy & Scenic ride ends with some twisty uphill at end part reach by evening & visit famous Bhimakali Temple which is more like monastery rather than a temple. Ladakh camps and rides is one of the oldest design trip of LBR which is still on top demand by the riders around the world and the tour have the credit of having the best feedbacks by our past riders. Camps and Rides as the name suggest is best the way to explore the wilderness of ladakh on Royal Enfield, as earlier we used to host and organise the tour accordingly where we chose our own moving camps reason being not availability of accommodation facilities at the halt locations, we use to move with two backup vehicles, one for bike and one for kitchen & camping, but we always believe that riders need good showers during the tours but we fail to provide in most of the places on our campings. But by coming years due to the growing of more tourism now it makes easy for us to get fixed Camps, Guest house, Hotels, so now we prefer fixed accommodations during the tours. The tour covers some of the very interesting places and from these year onwards we add newly open routes of Pangong , Chushul & Hanle which is a part of border crushing route. Ride goes through world highest pass (Khardong-la) to Hundar and far west to Changthang region towards China border to Pangong & Tsmoriri lake. We have planed the itinerary in such a way that the routes are full of adventures without repeating the single route again, accept 1 hour ride while back from Tsomoriri to Tsokar.
